I live at 2900 carling in Ottawa. Management was dishonest from the moment my lease was signed. I have tried almost daily since early December (it is now Feb 27th) to contact regional or senior management. Property is poorly kept, elevators work 50% of the time, building is not "renovated" in any way shape or form as they advertise. Animal feces and urine is common both on the grounds and in the stairwells / elevators (and not in small amounts as would occasionally happen).
