Ryder is only suited for 7s at the moment, if wants to make it in 15s he has to do the follwing..

1.) add some bulk to his body

2.) learn how to tackle

3.) switch to half back or fly half position, he will never be selected in the Fiji national side playing on the wing..wing position in Fiji is too competitive with guys faster and bigger then him.
