Anyone suffering from ACNE please try GROUND FLAX SEED!! I dont even have to buy products anymore to keep my skin clear from bumps. MY dermatologist failed to tell me that ACNE SUFFERERS ARE OMEGA3 DEFICIENT!!! why? ... bcuz they make no money that way!
