If they do this, then the economies of the 3 countries will be merged and the constitutions will be obsolete. This is something else that happened in europe that was not reported. France objected to the European Constitution over-riding theirs.
Also it will be easier to control the value of money across many nations at once. Its another currency that has no gold/silver/copper backing and can therefore be devalued AGAIN at any time. Back when money was gold /silver it was already universal.
