  • Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got hot Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • Great workout. The best part is the cat just chillin while you benched it. I like the variations in the workouts. Doing a lot of things standing seems to be more about real world strength.

  • Hy I'm a 14 year old boy, and i was just wondering if this would be to difficult for me. I am pretty athletic and can do14 pull ups and 40 push ups, but this looks pretty difficult.

  • @jkitley1 Trust me you can do it I was also 14 when I started. And I was in terrible shape lol.

  • @jkitley1 Yeah you can do it. Im just starting it and Im in terrible shape. I cant do 14 pull ups and im holding up. If theres any work out you cant do, Tony shows you modifications to make it easier for you. For example he recommends using a chair if you cant do the pull ups.

  • Haha dude I jus finished my day 3. That ab ripper x is ridiculous!! Most pain I've ever fealt in my abdominals. Hurts soo good, pain is weakness leaving the body :)

  • Is just funny to see what move you struggle through, because those are the same hubby struggles through... and I dont...the ones I hate he loves and find easy... I guess there is a big difference when it comes to certain moves for females and guys :P

  • My fave workout...I'm doing it for the 3time after not doing it for about 10months, started sep 23, did the second video friday, and had to take a two day break, my whole body was killing me :P I though I had mastered all the moves, but man =(, no better work out than this, and it fast :) :) about to do this work out =) and is my fave :).

  • @1leecameron2 No it's not the entire DVD. Grab the P90X workout and it will have everything for you. Easier than trying to piece the workouts together from these videos ;)

    And can my muscles still grow if i dont get sore?

  • At the beginning, you are doing the shoulder presses wrong. You should not twist the weight at the top of the move. For some reason, people think this makes the shoulder work harder...but people forget that is the biceps and forearms job to twist your arm, not the shoulder. by not twisting, you'll be able to handle more weight.

    I suggest you check out BodyPerformanceTVdotcom or the Body Performance Channel. The man's name is Steve Turano. He has the workout to increase your cardiac capacity and strength! He also has an accurate review of the program on his channel. Let me know what ya think!

  • I see you're trying to gain bulk:) That's understandable...P90X and Beachbody Home workouts are not good for that! Get your butt to a gym and lift heavy weights. Stop trying to take the easy way out. There's no magic pill

  • Yeah dude, it never fails haha. Ab Ripper hurt but I was actually very pleased with the strength I still had in my core after Insanity.

    P.S. this will be my first full 90 days weight training with my selects. When I did a full P90X run through before I only had 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. I really hope to stick with this to see what real results I can get!

  • Yeah I was really starting to miss weight training A LOT! So glad to be back into it. I am interested to see how the next 90-days will go using the selects. We shall see.

  • He did P90X once and Insanity once.

    Nobody calls him the shredder or anything, but he definately got good results. :)

  • Check out my Myspace ( /jasoncroxford ) and you can get an idea of what my first 90-days of P90X did using a set of 10 and 15 pound dumbbells (all I had at the time) and my own diet.

    P90X isn't about body building but about balanced fitness. Though i'm not the hulk I have had some great results and the way I feel is 1,000,000 times better.

    Besides, I have been doing cardio for the last couple months and have not focused on weight training.

    Just do some research and see if it's for you.
