1:40... NOT TRUE!!! you should start by throwing a little above the head and throwing with more of your arms and not your wrist. when you've learned that, you lower the throws. I learned this from Jason Garfield's Theory and Practice of Juggling DVD. And he’s world renowned.
you could try juggling bottles of liquor and mix the drinks...it looks cool..could be a conversation starter...or it could make you look like an alcoholic...

@DJsuyat It would work, but it'd probably be too light. If you don't want to buy professional juggling balls, baseballs work well.
