they did such a great job. there are some key diff between the original mytouch and the slide. the camera has a flash and the keyboard. I love mine. I work with phones all the time and hands down this is one of the best phones i have had or worked with. People think the mytouch is the g2 but they are not even close. Stay tuned though there is some hot phones launching this month.

I still have the G1 and its finished. Looking at the specs its actually got higher specs than the Droid. They both will have 600mhz processors (not the snapdragon 1ghz like the Nexus One) but the MTS has 512 rom and ram while the Droid only has 256 ram and 512 rom. The screen isn't as nice as the Droid but I will take it over the mytouch 3g any day, plus I like physical keyboards on my phones. This is basically an upgraded version of the Droid only made by HTC and not Motorola, can't wait
