@DarthArma Yes it most certainly will. 02-06 WRX trannys are pretty weak when abused. You can make good power and they will hold it but launching them is REALLY hard on them. If you want to do hard launches in those years you have to get PPG Helical or straight cut gears. I have seen many many people break gears in these cars because they drive like an idiot. If you have to launch it then make sure you just lean lean out of the clutch and let it take the abuse not your gears.
