Ok to all that is getting a filling or know someone who is I got a filling today it was ok at first then they gave me laughing gas or another fancy name for it they numbed my mouth then everything was waving it felt bad when they put the numbing thing in it pintched then everything didn't hurt until now the numbing thing wore off and it hurts horribly so if ur strong I would do it but after all it felt good :) so if ur gonna get a filling go for it it's gonna be alright!

i went to the dentist a few weeks back...i'm 14 so here i am freaking out they gave me a numbing injection i had to hold the womans hand next to me for the injection then they had to drill it i was like GAAH! D; xD shes just there like O 3 O but got to admit my dentist was lovely he was like....you will feel a pinch and he was like close your eyes but tbh i didn't feel the needle i just felt tingling and yet i still freak out when i need a injection

@jazzmatik You might notice that most of the time, the lights are not shining in her eyes. When she shifts down, they move the light away from her eyes. It's more sociable to not wear sunglasses. A child ought not be conditioned to be unsociable, or they might end up like me. That's a bad thing.

@bunnyhead100 there are materials in the composite which activate the curing process when exposed to wavelengths somewhere between 440 and 500 nm. Usually tools are calibrated for around 460 nm.

You can buy a 10w 460nm led with controller on ebay for 20 bucks. Requires about 3x exposure time than a 200 dollar (on ebay) dental curing light.

We actually did our own video with a videocamera and my web designer edited it. Most children do great, and regarding the comment that dentine will heal by itself, I am aware of Weston price's research. Dentine may heal only if we consumed a primitive diet like 10,000 years ago, and if the cavity is flat-surfaced and superficial. Most cavities are easily filled with the laser if they are small. Once they grow, they hurt and invade the nerve of the baby tooth before you know it.

Fuuu. When i was child there were no treasure chest. Anesthetic didn't work and the dentist sayed only like "don't cry this is taking only 15 minutes" (then he drilled for 30 mins) and that fucker used at least 5 diferent drills. That hurt

What a brave, sweet little girl!! I'm an adult and I'm 50x more scared at the dentist!! (Even though my dentists and their assistants are wonderful ppl!!)

Yo my dentists were assholes they wouldn't talk to me like that when I was a kid, they kept calling me a baby for screaming, like shit im 6 years old why you gotta be a dick lol.
