This event was organised by Orange Alternative Movement which radiculed a communist system in the 80's. Krasnal=dwarf - you know one that helped Snow White? He is so tiny that no one can see, but he is good and helpfull. This particular event was organized for the errection of the monument (a statue of krasnal or krasnoludek)to commemorate efforts of Orange Alternative Movement.
