That's Riot of the Blood Iori that Kyo got beat in XI and that was more a surprise attack than anything of a real fight. Also remember Kyo never likes putting in effort so we've never seen Kyo actually go all out. So pretty much its unknown on who would win Kyo or Iori in a REAL fight.
