oh u mean the pokewalker?

it's an item that they will put it inside the pack of ur game and then u transfore ur pokemon in ds to this pokewalker and when u walk the pokemon u put in the pokewalker gain more exp that will make the pokemon lvl up ! and ur pokemon also will gain more happinies ! :D and i think u can only transfore one pokemon and u can also return the transformed pokemon to ur ds ;)

Well it's to be expected. They have a Pokemon for just about everything else now.

Unless Celebi is gonna be available in the English version of HG/SS this time or a Japanese trainer is randomly giving out a bunch of Celebi, no. Celebi is the one Pokemon that is basically exclusive to Japan without cheats. You can always get the majority of the common pokemon easily, most Legendaries can be traded, and the 'special' Pokemon (Mew, Jirachi, Arceus, ect.) can be obtained through events in different games and then traded. The only exception is Celebi =/
