@niakarahara The original members Gyuri, Seungyeon, and Nicole released a video to the public stating that an audition for 2 members are open. Hara saw, went to dance (with a loose T-shirt apparently lol), and impressed them with her pro-ness (she went to a dance school with Big Bang's Seungri). Another unnamed contestant was chosen too but decided to opt out at the last minute. Jiyoung (via a relative) was then introduced to a company official (a formal audition ensued) - et VOILA!

@TheMandalore4 That's not French, that's Spanish. She is saying "necesito tu amor" wich means I need your love. Her name is Nicole and she speaks English (born in usa) Corean and Spanish.

It's not really like this video where each member is introduced but their music video, "Girl's Generation," has a scene in the first half of the mv where each member is wearing huge sweaters with their name on it. The problem with that is "Girl's Generation" is during their debut days and recently, all of the members has changed hairstyles and colors.
