not bad :-) no it's great but i like our luxembourgish "grand-ducal Shakespeare Company" still a little better... pity there's no video of them here on youtube, does anyone have one?

also it's not supposed to be "polished" or perfect. The whole point is that they make it up on the spot. To do this almost every night for years & still make it look like they just thought of it takes a LOT of talent.
I saw the show before I saw the video, so this is the one i fell in love with. I didn't like the video version at first because I loved the stage version so much, but i realised that both were going to be different because TV is different to stage.
I miss the Cri....

this IS the original. The RSC were at the Criterion theatre (where this is filmed and Adam Long was director) for 9 years. They didn't film the video with Austen, Reed and Adam until they had been there for a few years. This is the one that people went to see every night. I myself saw it many many times...each time was different.
Gary Fannin, Kyle Dadd & John Schwab are awesome and performed this SO many times. I may be biased but i think this one is so much better than the "original" one.
