Yeah, the rx7 is quic off the line but missed a gear or something, the vr4 does a 1.6 60ft but hauls ass at the other end.

hmm, Im curious. Is the Chrysler built model have carpet interior and manual windows? I only learned of and became a fan of this make a week ago...and Im looking at one to buy right now...but im stumped because the guy says its FWD and I didnt drive it or peek under hood but it had no turbo guage anywhere. Like I said Im a 22 yr old newbie to galants...and ricers. I really like the eagle talon. Which ones more reliable or easier to work on in the way of hand space inside engine compartment? :)

I meant to say that the car wasn't Chrysler built, just sold by Chrysler.

Yes, they do have a cloth interior, and Chrysler ordered their Galants with out turbos, but you can install one yourself easily. Parts for the Galant are becoming hard to come by, but they have the same drivetrain as a Talon (Mitsubishi Eclipse).

I believe the Talon would be easier to work with, but that's just me. You can get this Galant in AWD, which I highly recommend against the FWD model.
