@TheInfinitehope Parents don't know what their children will choose to do when they grow up. God knows with absolute certainty what each person he creates will choose to do, so God is responsible for knowingly creating a robber. It doesn't matter that the robber chose to rob since God knew what that choice would be.
@Chuck1863 exactly and if the people say god doesn't know everything. You can say to them that god isn't all powerful because all powerful and knowing everything is the same thing therefore making it a contradiction.
@sniped101 That's right. If God can do anything then he could make himself all-knowing. And willfully choosing to remain ignorant to free himself from blame for his actions seems immoral to me.
@TheInfinitehope God gives the robber the opportunity to rob by putting him here among potential victims. I give the robber the opportunity to rob by telling him about an unlocked door. God is not responsible for the robbery because the robber could freely choose not to rob. I'm not responsible for the robbery because the robber could freely choose not to rob.
If God gave us free will knowing exactly how we would use it, isn't he still responsible for what we decide to do? It seems more likely that "free will" is just a concept created to make the evil that he's created our fault.
If my neighbor leaves his house in a hurry and forgets to lock his door and I tell my other neighbors, and one of them robs him, I would not be at fault because the thief has free will, right? Even though I expected a robbery, I'm not to blame, just as God is not to blame.
Most of what you just said in this video was addressed in his, in other ways logically.
