Im sure your trainer already told you this but you need to eat a carb and protein before and after working out. Its so easy to make fruit smoothies. Cut up the fruit and put it in the freezer the night before then blend with soy milk or something. You also should eat 5-6 small meals through the day.
omg! why did you remind me of how good those McDonald's steak and cheese bagels are...whyyyy...i used to sneak off from my family in the morning and get those all the time when I was pregnant..they are sooooo good! But I am trying to do better. I didnt think sushi was high calories..I used to eat a salmon roll everyday and it was like 90 calories for the whole thing...The ones from HEB are really good!

Then have a mid-snack, then dinner. Fastfood is bad, including restaurants. Every once in a while is ok but not all the time. I have been doing a food journal for a while and my husband is into alot of training and bodybuilding. Hope that helps!! Protein is great, it will help you build muscle and tone.

I read somewhere that eating fruits and vegetables and exercising should help with attitude and how good you feel about life in general. Thanks for the motivation.
@slimcutie08 sleeping is merely your body having to renew itself, so when you eat heavy foods, you feel tired because your body is having a hard time digesting the food due to a lack of fiber in fast food. this use to happen to me, but after switching to a mostly raw, fiber rich fruits and vegetable diet, i found that i needed less sleep and that i was not having to take naps during the day anymore.
