@Hobofight101 Just bring them into after effects. If the background's not transparent when you bring it into your comp you can just right click on the clip in the project panel and choose "interpret footage" and set the alpha channel to "Straight - unmatted"

@Hobofight101 I don't know what editing software you use, but you should find an option where you can choose "straight alpha" for the clips.
