Btw yes I know I practically wrote an essay, but it's the truth. The solution to this problem is to remove the preconceived notion that men on average are physically stronger than females. In reality yes women on average are SMALLER due to selecting primarily taller mates, but this doesn't by any means indicate that they are physically weaker just different. A lot of times domestic violence goes like this. Wife is pissed - she hits man. The second time he block the swing she gets black blue. Fourth or fifth time the man grabs her arms to keep her from hitting him. She jerks away and falls then hits her head. She then calls the cops. It is a he said she said plus the black and blue and lump on her head. He goes to jail.

relationships should have a balance of power.

Attitudes like these disempowers men from getting help when they need it. Women can be abusive in homes and husbands don't want to "fight back" to defend themselves because they don't believe in hitting women. Men can't call for help because there's a stigma against it. A man is very wise to refuse sex from random women, no matter how hot: Men should fear venereal disease, false rape accusations, child support. To shame a man for demanding control over his life is disempowering to men.

We do need ads like these. Violence against men is rampant and acceptable in today's fucked up societies.The majority of violence is actually directed at men (vast majority of crimes are actually committed by men against other men) yet, you only hear and see ads talking about violence about oh the precious women.Violence is violence whether it's against men or women and it SHOULD be stopped but more emphasis should be put on stopping violence against men because it IS more rempant .
