He may have covered the speedometer because he was probablly speeding and did not want to be caught (like the idiot in the 'Vette that got busted for doing 140 MPH a few months back, all because of his video...)

@herbienbrian2 Well, if you cant shift the fucking gear, of course it will spit the 2nd gear out... The same with my Ep3, if some pussy's want to drive it, i let them and they fail at shifting to the second and fail harder to shift into reverse... but if i do it, it actually works pretty fine.

My beetle is probably older then most peoples parents with warn out synchros and I can shift on redline all day long without grinding.

Hondas are junk, the fact that you have to have a technique to shift them is just sad.

Its like having to tap the starter motor on and old truck to get it to start, sure it works, but its still shit.

Well... shifting itself is a technique.

And Hondas arent cars where you can shift like a pussy... Its like a PPG Dog box, you have to shift direct and firm. If you try to shift into reverse, while your engine is reving, or your vehicle is moving forwards, your straight cut gear will say fuck you.

@herbienbrian2 An 07 Si and it spits second gear out? I own an 07 Si Coupe and iv'e never once had this happen. I rev to 7000-7500 rpms at times and still I've never had it happen. However I do love VW, bought a new Gti in 97 and never had a problem with it.
