The uploader of this video thinks that once a language undergoes change, it's no longer "right" and must be "corrected" to some arbitrary point in time say two hundred years back. Why everyone was right back then and wrong now is not fully understood.
Please, don't get fooled by this. This is NOT Swedish, okay? Follow my channel if you should wish to learn proper and correct Swedish because you should be able to trust in the one who teaches you the language. Come on over to my channel if you're interested. Don't take anything in this video seriously, he clearly doesn't know the Swedish language very well, at all. It has to be a joke or something, either a bad joke or a really bad instruction video.
Trust me people, this is not a parody. ;] His dialect just works this way. Don't ask me why because no one seems to know what dialect he is speaking in the first place. Most people do not speak like this at all.
I just started learning Swedish, and this Swedish sounds more like Danish or Icelandic for me.

Look, mabye this pronounciation would work in the year 1800 but not in today's Sweden.
For example:
Ni is pronounced with a very clear N. Using only the i will give the impression of a very elderly and rural person. Like a farmhouse wife from 1910.
Compare this sentence.
