I would also wear costumes as I was on my adventures. Of course that was 40 years ago. I even smoked cigarettes because I saw adults doing the same thing.

The mother's a dumb bitch. I have absolutely no sympathy for her whatsoever. Obviously she's not doing a very good job as a parent if her kid is fucking drinking beer! The mother needs to be taught a lesson. Someone call Child Protective Services. You shouldn't have beer in the house anyways if you're raising a kid that young!

The kid is likely very disturbed and the loss of his father for his childhood further reinforces his isolation. Bottom line, let him out of that family, if you want the kid to grow up at all, his health is seriously in danger!

Well now your making me feel bad.
I have a 2 year old daughter, and I drink a 6 pack every weekend.
Of course I'm not in jail and my wife is always home with us on the weekends, and I keep my beers in a mini fridge on top of my dresser, and I don't drink until she goes to bed.

I think both had to be at fault here. I also believe that a mother should be considering the child first and foremost in being a positive role model, and not having someone around who is going to show negative behavior..
I don't know any kids younger than 12 even that have gone into a neighbors house and took something..That is very, very disturbing behavior, and not what most kids do...

I have 5 young children with one that just turned 5 and one that is about to turn 3. Neither of these children can open a can of soda by themselves. I figure the mother thought she could get some attention by setting up her 4 year old. Look at her face when she is speaking about the incident, while composed, she is enjoying this

I agree that this little delinquent required extra supervision, but the report says that he rang the doorbell at TWO AM in the morning! Also, they had safety covers on the door knobs, which the little fella managed to work around. But, more than likely, everyone was asleep at 2 am in the morning, and who would ever think their -year-old would be able to maneuver around the knob covers, open the fridge and get a beer, pop the top, and leave, wandering around the neighborhood, stealing gifts???
