I think it's important to note that these physical constructs at their basis aren't constructs that are deliberately defined by us. Rather, their definitions emerge through this interface of sensory perception and sensory object.
I guess I agree with everything except the theory that the present is relative to past and future. The present is everything, relative to nothing. Rest is interpretations.
@selvmordspilot I believe he means that the present is relative to the past and future as a concept. The present is everything, but can only be experienced, not analyzed, because as soon as you look for it, it's gone. To quote one of the Karmapas: ''The past is imperceptible, the future is imperceptible, and the present is imperceptible.''
@squamish4244 : i dont agree that the present is imperceptible. That seems to be based on the idea that the present is of no duration. But to me the present is everlasting and everchanging. And this change can only be percieved in the present moment. I guess i try to take seriously the fact that the past and the future does not exist from my point of view.
@selvmordspilot You may want to explore pure nondualism more. These teachings reveal that, at the core, NOTHING can be conceived of. You can't, for instance, think that the present is ''this'' or that''. Any ideas you have about the present are still ideas and therefore limited. I'm not the best person to explain this, I think Adyashanti is pretty clear about it, someone recently uploaded a bunch of his talks on here.
Exactly!...That would be the best of an atemp to describe our Bhudhist's believes of สติ (Concioussness) and the way we วิปัสสนากรรมฐาน(Vipassana Kammatan meditation)to seeing our innerself, true nature, learning knowledge...Etc...

Great video. Wallace had some great points here... especially about "quantum cosmology."
