its funny how ppl dont understand that its not a neon, yes it has a similar look. but if you really wanna get technical with the looks, the front bumper,hood,side,rear bumper, wheels and wing are all different. I have never seen a neon with all of thos on even in a package. even after that the engine in completely different, its a 2.4 turbo not a 2.0. and the suspension is also completely different. So in my opinion, my 05 "neon"(as ppl who are stupid call it) is not a neon, its a SRT-4

Yeah bro, SRT's are so bad lol...The SRT "looks" like a Neon. It hardly has any traits of a Neon other then the Shell. It responds very fluidly to mods and makes a ton of fuckin power easy, and for relatively cheap. So while your bombing around in your heavy, ugly, gass hog V8(Wich I'm guessing is a CUMarrow), these guys will be seating 4 all comfy like, Sipping gas, while still destroying most factory V8's lol. Do some reading. Ugly or not, I'd rather drive an SRT-4 (Neon) then a CUMarrow POS.

best car under $22,000? really? what information are you getting that from? it's year 2010? right? they don't make Srt-4's anymore. but okay, and it IS a neon, not just a neon, IT IS. turbo'd V6? or V4? becase you can turbo a 4 cylinder civic and be fast, run that car 150+ for more than a mile. it'll burn your little Tubros' and intakes apart. THE CAR IS QUICK, NOT FAST.

there are like 2 brackets under the bumper you just take them out and roll the bumper and bolt it down!

it's pretty simple.. if you get under there and look it will have like 2 bolts, 1 on each side of the bracket. and you can just drill a small hole in the bumper big enough for the bolt/zip tie, and just find a place to bolt/zip tie it to
