My predictions are this:

1. Sasuke vs Itachi will be decided by the outcoming of Tobi/Obito in the fight OR Itachi will win but not kill Sasuke.

2. Suigetsu vs Kisame is not very important but i think Kisame will retrieve by Itachi's call or by Pain's technique.

3. Tobi will fight Kakashi, thats my best guess. It will be a great fight since we will know Tobi's real jutsu.

4. Naruto will learn Jiraiya's jutsu and master them. He will learn everything but the Hermit Mode.
