Bethesda was right to sue mojang. when skyrim came out , who do you think would want to buy minecraft if they have the specs to support skyrim? only minecraft fans. so probably mojang tried to vary the game by adding enchantments and released a game called scrolls , though i forgot which is the one bathesda sued mojang for..

The only reason Bethesda was suing Mojang was because 'Scrolls' is named similarly to 'The Elder Scrolls'. It had nothing to do with enchantments, especially considering that at the time, in the middle of the year, enchantments were not in minecraft and there was no enchanting footage of skyrim released.
