@jdowney429 Slow graphics? Dude it's the HD 4850. If you don't know what that is, it is one of the top of the line cards for the HD 4000 series which competed against the GTX 260 and 9800GTX+. In terms of price and performance, this card blew BOTH the GTX 260 and 9800GTX+ out the water. The HD 4850 was the reason why AMD became much more popular after 2008. I don't know what you're talking about, you SLOW much??

Do not buy any HP Elite!!! I bought one only to discover it is the biggest piece of crap. Have you hp elite owners experienced any of these problems yet? slow start time? random lock ups? replacing hard drives? Just go to HP websites and look at the forums on the elite computers. pages and pages of problems and how hp sends there computer back "Repaired" and they arrive back with the same problems.

I own the m9515f. It's basically the same except my hard drive is only 750gigs and my cpu uses an AMD Phenom X4 quad with 8 Gigs of DDR2. My graphics card is weak as I have an nvidia 9600GS with 768MB of GDDR2. oh..mine also came with a blueray read/write player so that was a plus. My upgrade strategy is to upgrade the graphics card and power supply. I'm thinking of getting the nvidia gtx285 and the corsair 750tx psu. Thats a little under a $500 upgrade.

if its anything like my m9252p q6700, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OVERCLOCK THE CPU. I'm stuck with a crap 2.66 GHz which could be OC'd to 3.5 GHz or more. If you are a gamer, look for more options.

To be fair. it isn't the typical integrated graphics desktop you see every time. No, it isn't the fastest PC you can buy. But it should run almost all games (the usual exceptions, GTA IV and Crysis) at their highest settings on a high resolution (1920X1200). The fact that it has a quad core and 8 gb of ram also makes it a good buy for video/audio editing and multimedia features. But yes, I agree, they exaggerate.
