The financial regulation system is an embarrassing mess. This bill doesn't restructure it but doubles down on the flaws and weaknesses of it. The bill just gives bureaucrats more power without and accountability. The bill doesn't touch the real problems like ending taxpayers bailout of Fannie and Freddie. It does not change or eliminate zero down mortgages or any of the lending practices that caused the crisis. It does not stop the mandates to extend credit to those who can't afford it.

More agencies, 28 new studies and wasting more taxpayers dollars for nothing nothing.

Poll numbers count starting in 2012 and the only scientific poll is Election Day because not all voters are polled in polls we see numbers to now.

The midterms mean nothing. Find the truth by researching what powers Bush brought to the Executive Branch post 911. Hillary stated she would return those powers to the Congress while Obama did not say he would.

This means no matter what Party the majority is in Congress, a President can do pretty much as he/she wants until those powers are returned. Midterms mean nothing.

Obama will be re-elected in 2012 if he decides to run again so save this post.

It took eight years to create this mess and people forget Obama has been President for only 1-1/2 years.
