I love this game! The characters I usally play are Mii, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Peach, Baby Daisy, Toad, Toadette, Yoshi, and Rosalina, but there's a different player I don't like playing as but love to chase after and he is my boyfriend and that person is Waluigi. =) BTW just to let you know I've unlocked everything! =D

That happened to me to but i just unlocked him just win 8 races with 5 or higher lead at the end then click out to were it says (Mario kart WII!) then click back in the game and it should say congratulations you have unlocked Baby Luigi

You need to unlock 4 expert staff ghosts from time trials. It means that you have to beat the normal ghosts in about a 5-7 second lead. You will have unlocked an expert ghost once it says a message at the bottom of the screen for the time trial.
