Still good job for a 70 year old machine. Late M4A1 with 9-cylinder radial, 400HP but tracks made for roads, put the rubber or steel chevron tracks on and it would keep on going to Berlin!
@SuperHotLarry if your country was invaded and army near destroyed by a superior and brutal enemy would you risk entire annihilation of your people or surrender?
What do they expect? The Sherman is quite light for a tank, has a very slippery track and not so very much HP engine. This tipe of Sherman has an old radial engine with around 350-400 hp but still manages to pull this far on those slippery tracks. I am quite impressed.
I'd say, put a Leopard infront (or any modern MBT for that matter), and try again ;)
pwer depends on the 3 diff engines, all putin out over 350 hp you idiot
the gaa ford put ou over a thousand ftlbs

@freeflyer91 r u kidding me? If it was french it would immediatly throw up a white flag

Probably best that it wasn't a French tank - it'd be pushing the trailer back where it came from lol

The Sherman tank had useless tracks for grip as can be seen here, why not use a T34 or T55?

Turn the turret round and you could persuade the guy on the trailer to ease off the drag

Im sure this tank's 18 liter petrol V8 can chew through this pull easily, give it a better traction and it will pull well.
Henzzman 1 year ago
@Henzzman yea, it looks a bit slick...proper traction and it'd pull anything!

better name for this tank wont be shemale tank ? just a joke this thing is about 70 years ? take a M1A1 Abrams should work better ;)

Tractor pulling- the only sport in the world where a tank can be made to look like a pussy.

@ukstreetracer Only the traction was defeated. The engine wasn't even challenged.

Get a Tiger or a King Tiger attached, it will manage the traction :)
