I bought this as a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter. She previously played a child size acoustic guitar. I wanted to get her a real guitar and a good one. Daisy Rock was suggested since they are easier for girls and women to play due to the size. I don't know anything about guitars, but I read a ton of reviews before moving ...

This guitar actually rules. Has a very similar tone and play ability to an Epiphone SG. I've played one through a 5150 III at good ol' Daddys Junky (RIP). Dont let the looks deceive you, it's gorgeous in person.

I want this guitar SO BAD!!! It's gorgeous, and has an amazing sound! I love how it sounds with the single coil. The girl who is demonstrating here is REALLY good. I wish I could play like her. I am going to save up for this guitar and buy it at the guitar center:)
