  • um ok i dont like the title of this "cannibal bodybuilding" it was really disappointing...it had nothing to do with consuming human flesh or makeing a steak out of someones thigh....i was really disappointed. Next time bedone some fingers and put them in the blender....false advertisement

    Sorry, Most have some additive. Parrillo brand comes the closest to the most pure protein product I know of. Check them out on line.  They are not cheap but they are GOOD!

  • This guy provides some realistic sound nutrition advice-even raw egg if you go free range, natural and are not old or sick is ok in shake.

    So the guy is not 250 and ripped. It is called natural fitness after 40.  A lot of us fall in this category-you know full time jobs with kids etc.

    You tube is full of 250 pound plus drug freaks who suggest their size and shape is based on sound nutrition, hard training and supplementation-ya right.

    It is...yes Steroids, help, but those guys have to lift just as hard, or harder, and eat just as carefully. Steroids help you recover faster, but they don't lift the weight, or do the cardio for you, or keep your diet in check.

  • Yes and no, the fruit has vitamins and minerals that are healthy for you. Muscle building is more than just eating protein and carbs. The older you get the more you learn to appreciate health which allows you to keep building muscle. Dan.

  • You have misunderstood what I wrote. EVERYONE regardless of age should eat healthy foods, natural proteins, carbs, and vitamin & mineral rich foods. With age comes wisdom (for some) and you appreciate sound health much more and take it less for granted.
