  • loooooooooooooooooovely paratha but i have made this one other methods by adding cooking oil inside the dough and elongated it by rolling. then make circles around it. and the other procedure is same. thanks

  • thats chapati flour, go to indian store and get chapati flour. i use Lashand its full wheat flour.

  • no this is traditional real paratha. can not be made right ant other way. the one you get from the markek its made with maidah, not aata.

  • I eyes popped out when i saw the amount of butter added to the pan !! I made this paratha with only 1 teaspoon of extra butter, it was definitely yummy

  • eat less but eat tasty :) make it as you like or eat paratha and miss lunch :) giving you all bad tips :) you did well, good luck cooking

I did not put so much butter though as I am checking my calories. I wish I could understand Urdu better but still able to pick up most of the stuff that you say. All the best and god bless you !

    lekin jab main parathay main butter dalti hu tu wo black sa hojata hay...yani butter jal jata hay...

  • Yes jal jata hai, this was the second paratha I made on tawa, 2 ban jate hain theek se. For the third one I must wipe tawa with kitchen towel. Mostly it burns if you fry with it. Adding it in pera doesnt burn. thora sa to hota hai beach main, you can melt the butter in microw and then pour it on paratha. thats how lassi wont be there and it wont burn.
