That's the greatest piece of bumper work ever. Timed to perfection from miles back. Awesome. That poor number 17 was desperate to block smiffy into the first corner, ha! No chance.
ashame the aggresion has gone from this awsome sport, if this was to happen today you would face a penalty, eg neacheal an murry harrison at kings lynn. its what we want to see. does anyone agree?
I remember this!!! Me and my dad were there... we never missed a Long Track World Final. That was a class move by Super Stu! What a fantastic meeting that was... brings the memories flooding back. Thanks!!!
massive pictures, I remember every single second of that race. I stood in that corner as a 13 year old local. Enjoyed many battles between Stu and Rien.... Best wishes to all and thanks for these recordings. Great to see it again after all this time!
smiffy tried so hard to win this title, i remeber pete falding #33 winning his three round here and john lund #53 the once and also frankie junior #515 great rollover.
:) thats the way to do it. never see the likes again unfortunately. No 1 Super Stu.

Imagine the way this race could been ended if SuperStu didn't put in the bumper so early in the race.......
But it was his decission and thanks to most of his decissions we have many memorable moments.
You left us too soon Mr.Smith.
