You ever see guys in wheel chairs, u ever see these guys arms, most of these guys don't "workout" in the gym sense. But from the constant pushing the wheel chair probably 5000 times a day, that many reps will improve ya bi-ceps / tri- ceps etc.

I'm a bodybuilder now, who has a 25inch waist 19 inch arms and much more define than those calisthenics Kingz. And i will challenge any of them to strength and edurance.
