  • @anormaluser that's exactly it, that many reps. He's using his body weight as " weights ". You ever see guys in wheel chairs, u ever see these guys arms, most of these guys don't "workout" in the gym sense. But from the constant pushing the wheel chair probably 5000 times a day, that many reps will improve ya bi-ceps / tri- ceps etc.

    otherwise, good work. I love the tiger bends/scorpion pushups

  • (Wety77) I used to compete in the bench press. Competitions all over NY. I was benching 450 lbs in the 220 lbs class - (clean) no steroids. So I was benching more then "double" my body weight. But I'll tell you, i sure as heck could NEVER do a human flag, planche, & alot of that other crazy stuff. There is strength, and then there is sick strength.

  • Zk92000 it's not strength. I use to be a boxer who use to do at least 94 push-ups straight at a body weight of 180 pounds17yrs ago. I tried lifting weights and i was weak as hell. It's just endurance. Human flags are nothing new, i use to do them in the park all the time. I'm a bodybuilder now, who has a 25inch waist 19 inch arms and much more define than those calisthenics Kingz. And i will challenge any of them to strength and edurance.
