That phalicsymbol dude. Stfu. He did that blind! You know how hard that would be and he does it his lap. Fuck off he was a great musician. Not the best but isn't bad. He is missed and always will be. So fuck off and go die in a hole you low life son of a bitch!
This blind twit makes my ears gently weep.I am glad he died he never would have made it out of the bar scene had he not been from bleeding heart dumbfuck Canada and been blind as a fucking bat anyway the no talent prick.
RIP Jeff you sightless cocksmoker you will not be missed
Jeff had both eyes removed when he was a child. He later suffered from lung cancer. Basically, cancer took over his body. Great guy, great musician. Huge lose to music.
dude dont talk if you dont know what your talking about.he had eye cancer that gradualy lead to his brain, read up before you yapping about someone that you obviously have no idea about
His eye problems started when he was 10 months old and both eyes eventually were replaced with prostetics. He also had tumors removed from his lungs due to cancer. His son also has the same eye condition. And, I'm not "dude". So take a breath
@goldtiger132628 nope, both eyes were prosthetics. Jeff developed rare form of cancer, called a glaucoblastoma or retinal cancer as a child which led to the surgical removal of both eyes. Since he had a genetic predisposition for cancer, his whole life had been a struggle against the disease, which he eventually lost in 2008, when his body finally succumbed to pulmonal cancer and the world lost another great artist.
Saw Jeff at the Gasworks in Toronto early in career. Never new he would become the LEGEND he is. Intermission of a Hendrix tribute called Fire. Does anyone remember ?
I saw Jeff before his see the light disc came out at Hammerjacks in Baltimore. He played most of his set sitting like this, but when he did see the light he jumped to his feet, played the axe behind his head, and the place just exploded. Eddie Vanhalen said Jeff was the best, as did BB King and others. It was a show I will never forget. God rest his oul. Thanks to all who have posted vids of Jeff, brings back a ton of old memories.
If he wasn't blind he would probably not play as good as he did. It is a well known fact that the other senses gain when one (or more) senses are "lost".
I believe it was cancer in his eyes - the same cancer that originally blinded him as a child. Sad. And sad that his pal Swayze should go from cancer too.
Amazin! Jeff wasn't happy unless his STRAT was screamin' an howlin' like a BITCH!!!!I was lucky to SEE him twice BUT unhappy it WAS only twice....HOPE WE MEET AGAIN MATE....GREATEST RESPECT
don't worry, your'e not alone...lol! Playing comes easy for a talent like that tho...no matter how he holds it. It's like painting. some can just do it and it's easy for them... for others like me, it's nothing but torture!.. That's why it's called talent!.
terrible, with all of the time I put into my guitar playing, all the practicing and everything,I really doubt I'll ever become half as good as a blind man who plays the guitar the wrong way, haha.
maybe were just playing wrong and jeff is right.iam sure he had to work wy harder than the average guitar hero.jeff will be missed ,but never 4 gotten , cause his music lives always.
we will all miss his amazing talents, god rest your soul. we all loved your music and we willl miss you and your light you brang us. music obviously gave him great happiness as it gives us now an dofrever
When you've got the likes of B.B. King, George Harrisson and Randy Bachman (among others)singing your praises you know you're doing something right! :)
