  • bad sound.

  • O MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That's amazing - what an incredible musician, talk about tear the place up ! what a truly sad loss that he is no longer here.

  • what kind of a place is this where things like this happen????????????????...Hes blessed dude

  • all I can say is wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jeff had both eyes removed when he was a child. He later suffered from lung cancer. Basically, cancer took over his body. Great guy, great musician. Huge lose to music.

  • dude dont talk if you dont know what your talking about.he had eye cancer that gradualy lead to his brain, read up before you yapping about someone that you obviously have no idea about

  • His eye problems started when he was 10 months old and both eyes eventually were replaced with prostetics. He also had tumors removed from his lungs due to cancer. His son also has the same eye condition. And, I'm not "dude". So take a breath

  • and by the way he still had both his eyes!

  • @goldtiger132628 nope, both eyes were prosthetics. Jeff developed rare form of cancer, called a glaucoblastoma or retinal cancer as a child which led to the surgical removal of both eyes. Since he had a genetic predisposition for cancer, his whole life had been a struggle against the disease, which he eventually lost in 2008, when his body finally succumbed to pulmonal cancer and the world lost another great artist.

  • good

  • great guitarist....

  • this sounds like the stairway to heaven solo

  • Saw Jeff at the Gasworks in Toronto early in career. Never new he would become the LEGEND he is. Intermission of a Hendrix tribute called Fire. Does anyone remember ?

    I WAS THERE!

  • whats sad is ive been a huge healy fan for a long time.....didn't even know he died. - anyone know how? I guess I could just google it.

  • classic - he was so down to earth at the club - he'd jam with anyone willing....RIP Jeff.

  • i think people spent to much time talking about people like eddie van halen and eric clapton they don't even know who the hell jeff healey is

  • I saw Jeff before his see the light disc came out at Hammerjacks in Baltimore. He played most of his set sitting like this, but when he did see the light he jumped to his feet, played the axe behind his head, and the place just exploded. Eddie Vanhalen said Jeff was the best, as did BB King and others. It was a show I will never forget. God rest his oul. Thanks to all who have posted vids of Jeff, brings back a ton of old memories.

  • i remember watching him on tiny talent time when he was a lot

    younger a whole lot younger

  • He IS a legend.

Holy shit, and he was blind... I imagine if he was not...

  • If he wasn't blind he would probably not play as good as he did. It is a well known fact that the other senses gain when one (or more) senses are "lost".

  • now he is the greatest guitarist hand down nobody can be campared to him

  • jeff passedaway in april 2008.

    he was a legend

  • Sorry dude, may I know the cause of death of this guitar hero, please? And please my ignorance. Many BIG thanks dude!

  • Jeff passed away from Cancer.... God rest his Bluesy Soul.... Great MAN...

  • I believe it was cancer in his eyes - the same cancer that originally blinded him as a child. Sad. And sad that his pal Swayze should go from cancer too.

  • Cancer.

  • @kgbgkgmg he is a legend

  • @kgbgkgmg and never got the recognition that he deserved...blues all the way...

  • whar song sounds like radar love

  • cause it is radar love

  • crazy

  • well miss you jeff you rock!!!!

  • holy shiiittt!!!! that rocks go jeff

  • what kind of a dumb comment is that?

  • It's from the movie Road House. He is just trying to be a smart ass...unfortunately he missed the mark and just ended up an ass.

  • yeah dude.. it's a joke he shares with Patrick Swayze

  • Yeah, and I thought you'd be bigger.

  • "You play pretty good for a white boy" -Patrick swayze-

"Yeah, and I thought you'd be bigger"-Jeff Healey"

  • @deathzeptra Play something Elvis

  • @deathzeptra for a bling white boy he says

  • Amazin! Jeff wasn't happy unless his STRAT was screamin' an howlin' like a BITCH!!!!I was lucky to SEE him twice BUT unhappy it WAS only twice....HOPE WE MEET AGAIN MATE....GREATEST RESPECT

  • He's death.

    R.I.P Jeff Healey.

  • lol that made me laugh.

thats what death does in his spare time. he's pretty good.

    x

  • pure talent!

  • RIP angel eyes.

  • don't worry, your'e not alone...lol! Playing comes easy for a talent like that tho...no matter how he holds it. It's like painting. some can just do it and it's easy for them... for others like me, it's nothing but torture!.. That's why it's called talent!.

  • terrible, with all of the time I put into my guitar playing, all the practicing and everything,I really doubt I'll ever become half as good as a blind man who plays the guitar the wrong way, haha.

  • maybe were just playing wrong and jeff is right.iam sure he had to work wy harder than the average guitar hero.jeff will be missed ,but never 4 gotten , cause his music lives always.

  • we will all miss his amazing talents, god rest your soul. we all loved your music and we willl miss you and your light you brang us. music obviously gave him great happiness as it gives us now an dofrever

  • Rest in Peace Jeff Healey

  • so sorry he,s gone.he,ll be missed

  • not bad for a blind guy ;)

  • haha niice... i bet that u couldn't play as well as jeff does

  • @g02sl33p yeah, and I thought you'd be bigger.

  • No one plays like Jeff!

When you've got the likes of B.B. King, George Harrisson and Randy Bachman (among others)singing your praises you know you're doing something right! :)

  • haha I thought it was a keyboard at first
