yeeaaah there is a god and a devil, heaven and hell. right and wrong, good and evil. which would you choose. there is no lukewarm.

you get a good car mechanic, you get a bad car mechanic, you get a good teacher, you get a bad teacher, you get good pupils and you have bad pupils also..... you have a good and a bad side to everything including religion. why cant people accept ?

The only true religion is loving Jesus. All other religions (even some that call themselves Christianity) are false. That being stated, yes, there is a bad side to religion. If you don't love Jesus, then you aren't going to love people.

Yeah astrology gets misused a lot, but so does religion. Undiputedly, more people have died in the name of God than in the name of astrology. And religious people should keep in mind that Jesus' birth was predicted by astrologers, and Jesus himself was was discovered by astrologers (the magi/wise men). Astrology isn't meant to be worshipped, it's meant to be used as a tool given to us by God as a map, a time keeper, and a barrage of other things. The way to understand it is to research it fully.

Astrology did not predict the birth of Christ. The prophet Micah did in Micah 5:2 about 700 years before his birth.

I am very aware of KeithTruth. I've had run-ins with him on my other channel where I post as a memeber of the YouTube atheist community, and as a member of the Zeitgeist Movement. His "refutation" is inadequate. I don't know if the film is 100% accurate - I doubt it, but I know it's nowhere near as dishonest as Keith would have you believe - also he's been caught being pretty dishonest himself several times.

I gotcha. Well I have heard from various different sources(scholars etc.) that say zeitgeist is complete bogus and is trash. So ill stick with them

I've heard it go both ways. Comparitive mythology experts are divided into comparitivists and particularists. The comparitivists go out of their way to draw parallels, and the particularists tend to point out the differences and view the similarities as vague - their position allows them to be less thorough. Research tip: When it comes to mythology, an archaeologist (artifact specialist) is probably going to know better than a historian (records specialist).

The Bible hasn't committed any evils. There are people that have twisted the Scripture to fit their own agenda (Liberation Theology, Black Liberation Theology, white supremacy groups, etc.), but there are no teachings in the Bible that justify any of the evils committed by so-called Christians. When judging a concern you must look at the document which defines the character and judge the character by the document. Many people claiming to be Christians don't believe in Bible-based Christianity.
