I have just seen and filmed the exact same thing over london tonight. Noticed light in the sky moving a bit strangely got my camera and filmed - so not something on the lens. it's still there now! came up and searched to see if there was anything similar and found this. I an a sceptic but this was definitely something weird. looked like a tangible object to me

I think this is lens flare. There are also diamond shaped orbs. This will depend upon the number of leaves in the camera's aperture.

Google "diamond shaped lens flare" - you will find more examples.

when I was coming home from a buffet(my sisters b-day) I saw a yellow bright star and then it started to blink a lot and it was blinking in this diamond form and it started to move away and that pretty much gave me a wtf moment
