It's real, but with many retries. However, the background noiser is fake. The noises were added during post-editing to make people think it's a first trial. That's why they didn't capture the noise maker's face into the camera.

Moreover, you can judge by Beckham's face how he was exhaulsted after he did the 3 shots. Also the way he picked up the Pepsi to drink was so unnatural which would not happen on normal adverts which unlimited re-takes are allowed.
