Hi I have watched this video and found it very usefull We run a youth Badminton Academy and the age group we have is from 15+ and young age as 6 please could you advise as how much time we should spend on each drill Thanks Kim
@knajills It would depend on what else you are doing as part of your training regimen, and how long you do this footwork training for. I would recommend starting slowly by doing this once or twice a week, and if you feel that you have plenty of energy to spare, go ahead and do it more frequently. The reason I suggest starting slowly is that you don't want to overload your joints with something they're not accustomed to -- that could lead to injury. There are also many variations to this exercise
This is the MOST important part of badminton training for amateurs. Why some of these folks seem to be reluctant to do it......Without efficient footwork, you'll get tired sooner, return with lower quality and less choices, have a bigger chance getting injured and also you actually need to run more!
that kid in the yellow closest to the screen is either exhausted or lazy
