ive done 2 of these and what i dont understand...WHY THE HELL CANT PEOPLE GET THIS!!!!! ....to be honest...this design if by far the most explained and detailed.. i can see why you get upset when people ask you soo much about it...i of course did a few tweaks since my arms quite longer but still the same concept...see if people need to be babied into making this those are the people im most afriad of having it!!!

Instead of using the bulldog clip, you could also use a pair of small nail clippers like what he was using as the example...drill a lil hole through that and put the string in the lever and its good

First of all, i want to say thank you for this amazing desing. I did my Hidden Blade as you tutorials said, and it works perfectly but i have a problem:

What did you use to attach the Blade to your arm?

I tried a lot of differents things, but after a few tries, the hidden blade fall of my arm.

I saw that you use a strange thing to attach it, what is and where can i buy it?

I really like the design. I understood the whole concept, but there is one thing that I don't understand. Could you help me? The blade is supposed to be forced fed (by swinging the arm), but the spring is holding back the blade. How is it supposed to come out then? I don't understand :(

@tonytober It's a weak spring that can stretch up to 12 inches or so. Your spring is probably too strong and doesn't have enough slack to allow the blade to deploy.

In a hardware store, in which section do you go to get this? Because my home hardware store won't help me because their store is just too huge to help me find a tiny thing :P THANKS!!! i've got a question on the HB being attached to a bracer.. what are other options aside from that material you have? i used a shin guard as a bracer.. i just cant figure out what to use in between the HB and the shin guard...(i used the shin guard coz i cant put designs for cosplay uses.) any suggestions on what to use for support? since the design here is force fed and is quite heavy.. epoxy or any strong glue might no be enough for support (i guess?)

@HarveyMilk26 you do know that springs stretch, right? and with force, the inertia causes the blade to slide outward, thus stretching the spring. All you need to do is jab your arm out, and it'll cause the blade to shoot out.

ive like made 2 of these things and your design is pretty damn good, quite possibly the best ive seen. and believe me, ive done alooooot of research lol... but i did find a few flaws that i wanted to bring to your attention to better enhance your project. one being the spring in the back; you can actually just move the part where the spring attatches to the blade forward towards the tip maybe an inch and a half from the pin hole and the spring wont scrunch up and get easily worn out.

it is as easy as it comes i have made 2 myself and they are amazing watch his tutorial, there is nothing he has explained very 4 or 5 times. Bserk Awesome design like i have said in other vids, great design and great way how to stop and pull out, Have you seen Mrscowts vids yet or abonude gun design? consider some of those to attach to your blade to make it, I don't know, FRICKING AWESOME!!!! check them out or even better work with them to make a design that is killer!!!
