What I usually do for the tiny Overdrive Activation Windows is just extend the note into the Overdrive Activation thing (the yellow part, apparently).

This way, you don't have to worry about missing an OD activation when it's the only one for a while (As seen in this video, Give It away and They're Red Hot)
