  • Not knocking your method, I know this is just how YOU doi it, but I just want to give my opinion. I think the most important factor left out was a good diet. No matter how many or how much a poor diet will hide the results. I dont know how you only used crunches and leg lifts. I do 100 crunches in a single set every day as a simple warm up and it only increased the size of my upper abs. The leg lifts kept my hip flexors and Psoas muscles sore but no gain lower or mid abs. thanks for sharing tho.

  • theres no need for resting more then 2 minutes top between sets for maximum results...as well as bicep curls in the squat racks would be a bit ridiculous unless your at a mini mart lol but any gym ive been to its been nothing but positive attitudes. we're all in there for the same thing!! be considerate and supportive, negativeness gets us nowhere as a whole

  • right, lui and everyone in general, i go to my local gym, the biggest gym in my town and i cant travel anywhere else to go to the gym as it costs too much. they dont have a squat rack, so i have to squat in the smith machine which i dont like. how to i 'persuade' the gym to get a squat rack?!

  • heres what i do for my abs and i want you to tell me if i should be doing more or less. My stomach is pretty flat, if i flex you can see a 4-pack under some fat, so i am a little flabby. First: 40 arms over my head sit ups, 20 reg situps (arms on chest). Then 2 minutes of crunches but i do like 20 seconds of a balance on my but and rotate back and forth, 20 seconds of touch your toes things and 20 of reg crunches and repeat. then i do 30 leg raises. Thats it with no breaks in between

    drop the fucking sit ups.not only do they damage your back but they are by far not as good as crunches,bicyles and leg raises.your back supports the abs on the up motion too much when you do sit ups

  • Cable crunches for upper/middle.

    Hanging leg raises for lowers.

    Cable woodchoppers for obliques.

    10-20 rep range, 1-3 times a week depending on recovery, your workout regime etc.

    That's what I do.

    Here in the UK everyone is so polite and will actually try and shorten their set or find a way for you to get what you want quicker (by using a different machine, for example) a lot of the time.

  • @telomerase1978 if the person asks you how many sets you have left, while you relatively have a few left and he doesn't want to work in then take your sweet time. but at least be thankful he's kind enough to let you finish the last two set with your time taken and not interrupting by working in switching weights or different reps.

  • @futb0lista7777777 your ab workouts should be done with your regular weightlifting workouts, you shouldnt do them as their own day, but if you do yes carbs and protein, but not as much carbs
