i must say that your visual effects are pretty sick and original. they really make me go "wow!!"

but choreo wise.. im mostly feeling an "ehh" feeling. not to say its not good becuz it is.

but for me, concepts are fun. if this routine has a specific concept, im sorry to say i fail to see it.

since im from so cal and im heavily into the collegiate dance scene, and many teams have a specific concept, i look for it. this is different to me. but i like it.

Basically this is a combo of the hip-hop dance form enriched by oriental concepts such as pluralistic symmetry and man-heaven-earth.

Danced under the beat of urban-afro fusion. These guys are pioneering a new genre.

I agree, this style is faaarrr too intelligent and harmonious for pure hip-hop, its also interpretative in a way and its not like modern dance. I think this is new genre. I'm dance enthusiast and I can tell you this is not pure modern, hip-hop or otherwise.

Take for example the incorporation of Hindu-influenced pluralism in this dance and the play of the levels Man, Heaven and Earth on the stage.

This aint hip hop period!!!

There are a few things I have to say about this dance

1) it's pretty good... not great but not bad at all

2) It's not "Modern" as it was titled.. It's Hip-Hop. If you would like to know what Modern Dance is look up Martha Graham.... it's COMPLETELY different

3) Transitions, Transitions, Transitions (the space of time between each section) These parts MAKE the dance.

All in all pretty good ;)
