no this skill is only used with hitting the Ctrl and it doesn't cost mana and doesn't move around... howerver it doesn't hit anyone... hitting Ctrl while using a skill only shows the skill

its more of a tie between FB and bladers... well high rank FB cuz their low lvl skills arent as flashy as bladers but later on they get pretty flashy
