winrar is free... if the trial is ran out its just going to be there no matter what, it will warn you to buy it but just keep it and press that close button on that pop-up (not the "X" on the top right..) But only on the pop up thing when you open winrar

It is choppy but there is a way to fix it.

you simply have to divide the movements into seperate frames and play it quite fast.

You could also continue clicking next frame when the kick is in the air to make it longer and harder.
