@MrLizTube It doesn't matter how good you know the program, if you're tone deaf (or just not a very musical person) it will still sound like shit. What do you expect them to do? Buy a bunch of drum machines and hardware synths like they used to do (like 15 years ago)? Its a lot more expensive and takes a lot more time.

Every idiot can learn how to play piano, guitar, etc. too.

@3TllM it's a regular kick with a very low end. my guess is that it's not eq-ed in any way so the low frequencies bounce all around...

@Req629 this. also in this genre you don't really need to cut out the low end unless you have a sub bass so you can leave your kick not even touched (in the lower end) but eq everything else at around 60hz and below so the kick really pounds. little to heavy sidechaining can be done as well on synths, atmosphere, sweeps pads
