Last three reps most important? Isn't the goal to recruit as many motor neurons as possible? Seems to me that the first rep would be the most important, and because of that your first set should be heavy. It seems to me that you would be wasting your time with such high reps.
Darin help. I injured my arms lifting weight. I hadn't lifted for a long time. I lifted the way I use to and felt fine. The next day my forearms and bicep tightened tighter than a cable. The pain was excruciating and has lasted for longer than a year. The pain has shifted around inside the inner elbow, through the forearm and up in the bicep. Even now there is still some slight pain over a year later. It hurt to even lift the lock on a my car door. It feels like something serious. What is it?
I love your idea of time efficiency through circuit style training. The only problem I run into is that I have to grab a machine when I can at the gym and then of course I have to set it up for my size, leg length etc. So, once I'm on the machine, I don't give it up. Any way around this problem?
i workout 5 days a week for 3.5 months now ive lost 43 punds should i change to only 3 once i hit my goal weight starting weight 238 now 195 goal 160-170 im 5'10
