@Adrenolex - ain't watched this so not a comment on if this is peyote or not, just to let you know if you don't already - there's loads of plants with harmine & harmaline in them, not just the huasca vine. don't seem to be as many as there are with dmt in them though, or at least not as many discovered to have that alkaloid.

It is much more intense...and much more soothing.

When they say it's like dying, it's because DMT is a chemical that's released into your system at 3 points in your life. At birth, in deep REM sleep, and at the moment of Death.
