  • @civicgrl88 thank you

  • Hello you seem very experienced in Frilled dragons I have one that doesn't eat by himself I have had him for a week and nothing so I have to assist feed him what can I do to help him eat By himself.I've tried wax worms, silk worms, crickets, and nothing. I have a video of him drinking water on my Chanel I've only seen him eat one silk worm on his own. Pleas help I'm worried

  • @MultiBadass55 if you've only had him for a week, chances are he is experiencing relocation stress in which case that's entirely normal. You should cover all the sides of his tank, minimize handling to only when necessary and give him a week or two to settle in. Many frilled dragons need this time to get used to their surroundings. I watched your video and he seems pretty healthy. Also another possibility is parasites but I honestly think its just stress.

  • frank is to awesome hahaha

  • Frank has a good appetite! Ouch on the finger nip! My baby snakes think my fingers are pinkies all the time. Seems I get bit by someone every week. Guess I should learn to use tongs. lol You'll have to post some photos of Frank when he gets done shedding. Does he go into brumation candice?

  • @SLE335 His appetite is fierce now. For a while he was very picky but now he will eat just about anything you put in front of him lol. I got bit at work and thats what I was talking about in the video. Not a day goes by that I don't get bitten by someone's dog I'm grooming. I'll be sure to get some pictures of him for you. Frilleds can go into brumation but Frank is a rebel and seems to want to stay up all winter long. Magellan is knocked the hell out and has been since september lol

  • Is Frank a Australian or New Guinea?

  • @TheMass33 He's a New Guinea. I wish I had an Aussie. One day...

  • @civicgrl88 It doesn't matter frank is a Mac!!! Remember that old Pa saying Mac..

  • you should breed them

  • @reptileman24 If time and money permitted I definitely would but I just wouldn't be able to give them the care and attention required when breeding. It's a lot of work and money that I just don't have. Maybe when my husband and I get our own house instead of renting I'll give it a shot

  • @civicgrl88 you should seeing how amazing you take care of them all you would deffinately b able to :D

  • @reptileman24 I definitely would loveee do breed him but I wouldn't be able to dedicate enough time to make sure I do things the way I feel is right. I like to handle every baby, feed each one on its own by hand and offer the best (most expensive) foods, I bathe them all separately and try to keep no more than 2-3 to a 29 gal tank until they get rehomed. I am VERY picky on how I care about them and I only want the absolute best out of my animals

  • @civicgrl88 yes and thats the way it should be

  • such a cool lizard! how much did it cost to get him/her?

  • @bufothetoad1 He was $125 at the Hamburg, PA reptile expo

  • @civicgrl88 is he your favorite reptile?

  • @myjuto369 Nope. I love mine all equally for different reasons. Frank is just a fan favorite of my subscribers so I get a lot of requests for videos of him.

  • Looks like he got some of your finger too.

  • @quimbyt Luckily I got to keep my finger lol He just ate the mice
